How Does the SPG Comprehensive Service Work?
  1. Fill out the required information below regarding your idea or project, the people behind it, and your investment targets.
  2. Our advisory team will conduct an initial review of your idea or project. If it is preliminarily approved, we will contact you to schedule an online or in-person meeting at one of the Virtual Community Company offices, whichever is most convenient for you.
  3. A detailed discussion of your idea or project will take place with our advisory team to determine the final acceptance of your project into the SPG comprehensive service, based on precise evaluation criteria. The Virtual Community Company only accepts and showcases promising ideas and projects that possess unique selling propositions (USPs). Ideas and projects that lack distinctiveness or do not address a market gap will not be accepted into the SPG comprehensive service.
  4. If your idea or project is accepted into the integrated SPG service, a price quote for the service will be sent within 72 hours. Please note that the validity of the price quote is 7 business days only due to the high demand for the SPG service.
  5. Upon agreement, our advisory team will contact you to prepare the following:
    • A professional pitch deck for your project, compliant with global standards.
    • A podcast briefly explaining your idea or project, recorded in our studios in Riyadh.
    • An introductory video summarizing your idea or project, including your biography.
    • An interactive landing page detailing your proposal, where interested members can contact you via the email you specify.
    • A WhatsApp group comprising those interested in your idea or project, selected through a careful survey and selection process. This group will be formed from businesspeople and investors who have been presented with the previous introductory materials (pitch deck, podcast, introductory video with your biography, and interactive landing page) via the Virtual Community Company WhatsApp groups, which include over 150,000 members, as well as our social media platforms with their large number of followers.
  6. The WhatsApp group will be entirely at your disposal, along with a list of those interested in your idea or project. The Virtual Community Company provides the opportunity for you to meet and have productive discussions with them online via webinar or in person at the Virtual Community Company forum. You can also individually contact and meet with interested parties as you wish to achieve your investment goal.

– The SPG service is a “paid” package consisting of several elements that support your project. These include working with you to prepare an investment file (if not already available), recording a podcast episode, organizing a webinar, creating a dedicated WhatsApp group for you, attracting interested members from our 150,000-member groups through a professional survey, and producing an introductory video about your project, including your biography, to be shared along with the podcast to over 150,000 members in our groups.

– To get the lowest price for the SPG service, we recommend subscribing to the Premium Elite membership, where you will receive a 30% discount on the service fee. This discount applies to Virtual Community Company’s percentage upon achieving your investment goal.

– The SPG service fee is 45,000 SAR (12,000 USD), of which 15,000 SAR is paid before preparations begin, and the remaining amount is paid before you receive your dedicated WhatsApp group. – Upon achieving the investment goal (for example, raising 10 million SAR or its equivalent in assets through a partnership between the opportunity presenter and the investor), Virtual Community Company receives 2% of the agreed amount if it reaches 10 million SAR or more. If it is less than that, the percentage is 3%, after deducting the minimum SPG service fee paid in advance.
