From a Stalled Dream to a Partnership Ecosystem
A Dream in Switzerland
In 2014, Engineer Salem lived an inspiring experience in the Swiss town of Interlaken, when he reached a friendly agreement with partners to acquire a hotel valued at 2.4 million Swiss francs. He proposed exceptional ideas to enrich the guest experience by bringing Saudi culture into the heart of Europe — including importing camels, setting up traditional tents, and serving Arabic cuisine in collaboration with a restaurant in Geneva. Despite successful coordination with the town's mayor, the project halted suddenly as the partners withdrew one after another.
Inventing Flexible Partnership
Rather than surrendering to disappointment, Salem decided to create a flexible, fast way to raise capital far from traditional complexities. He built an ecosystem based on non-binding virtual contribution, allowing any member to participate from their own location without needing to commit full time. The idea launched with a WhatsApp group of just 40 members, governed by strict rules to organize their contributions and engagement.
Launching the Investors Club
The activity grew gradually until the features of the Investors Club took shape, officially launched in 2024.
