Investors Club is administratively and operationally run by V-Community (VC), which is authorized to use the Absher platform to verify members' phone numbers and confirm their Club membership. The company manages and organizes the Club's gatherings, activities, and events, helping build a quality network that brings entrepreneurs and investors together in an environment suited to exchanging experience and exploring partnership opportunities.
Members & How It Works
The Club currently has around 7,000 members, expected to exceed 20,000 members in the coming period, God willing.
The Club is integrated with the Success Partners program run by PV Business Incubators & Accelerators, which receives entrepreneurs' ventures, reviews them, and qualifies them. Once they pass evaluation, accepted ventures move to the Projects Bank, where the best are selected and their founders get the chance to present them to investors at the Club's recurring gatherings at its Riyadh headquarters, in a friendly atmosphere.

Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
Vibes Holding formally applied to the licensing department at Monsha'at (Ministry of Commerce) with a business plan, a feasibility study, and an engineering layout for the PV Business Incubators & Accelerators headquarters in Riyadh. After meeting every regulatory requirement, it obtained a Monsha'at license , and every ecosystem activity is consistent with the feasibility study and business plan submitted as part of the license file.
