Terms & Conditions

Joining Investors Club means joining a closed virtual community that brings together neutral members, entrepreneurs, and investors, giving its members access to a range of services, benefits, and activities the Club offers within the Vibes Holding ecosystem.

The current annual membership value is SAR 1,900 instead of SAR 3,900, as a promotional price for a limited time. The Club reserves the right to adjust fees in the future, which will not affect memberships whose fees have already been paid until their term ends.

Membership runs for one year from the subscription date, granting the member access to the services and benefits available to Club members during this term, in accordance with the applicable regulations and terms.

An Investors Club member benefits from a diverse range of services and benefits, covering more than 12 services, most notably:

The available services and benefits may vary from time to time, and some services may be subject to special conditions or limited by capacity or space.

Membership in Investors Club is entirely optional. The member may continue their membership for its full term, stop participating, or leave the Club's platforms at any time without needing to provide any justification, and their voluntary departure ends their relationship with Investors Club.

Investors Club is part of the Vibes Holding ecosystem, and aims to build a community and professional relationships between neutral members, entrepreneurs, and investors, and to support communication, collaboration, and the exchange of opportunities and expertise.

Business and investment ventures and opportunities may be presented through the Club, the Projects Bank, or the ecosystem's affiliated programs.

The member acknowledges that presenting any venture or opportunity does not mean guaranteeing its success or that it will generate a return. The responsibility for studying any opportunity, verifying information, conducting due diligence, and deciding whether or not to enter into it, remains entirely that of the member and the parties involved.

The member alone bears responsibility for their investment, commercial, financial, and legal decisions, and the Club bears no responsibility for any losses or damages arising from dealings, agreements, or partnerships made between members or with any other party.

Investors Club operates within the Vibes Holding ecosystem, which seeks to build partnerships in a number of the companies and ventures presented within the ecosystem.

Club membership does not obligate the member to enter into any partnership, nor does it automatically grant them a right to any partnership opportunity.

The member commits to maintaining a professional and respectful environment within the Club, its platforms, and its gatherings, and to not engaging in abuse, defamation, spreading misleading information, or using their membership in a way that harms the Club, its members, or its partners.

The Club's administration has the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate when these terms are violated, including issuing a warning, suspending, or ending the membership.

Investors Club's administration has the right to suspend, pause, or end any member's membership whenever it deems this necessary to maintain the quality of the community, protect its members, or achieve the Club's objectives.

The member agrees to the use of their data as necessary to operate their membership and to be contacted regarding the Club's services, events, initiatives, gatherings, and updates, in accordance with the regulations and rules applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The member also agrees to receive messages and notifications related to their membership and the Club through the approved communication methods and channels.

Intellectual property rights, ideas, patents, and trade secrets related to any venture or idea remain the responsibility of their owners.

The Club bears no responsibility for registering or protecting these rights, and presenting any idea or venture within the Club or its programs does not constitute proof of ownership by any party.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the city of Riyadh are the reference in the event of any dispute related to them, in accordance with regulatory jurisdiction.
